| 1 | : | A PARENTS TEACHERS CO-ORIENTATION COMMITTEE (P.T.C.C.) is constituted to suggest the Principal regarding academic development, public relation and fees structure of the institution. The term of the office bearer is ordinarily for 1 year. Suggestion from parents (if any) shall be placed before among parents & teachers. But the final decision is always vested in the hand of Managing Committee. |

Railway concession forms will be issued on payment of Rs. 2.0 along with the supplied format. |

In case a child loses the progres report a duplicate report card will be issued on payment of Rs. 25.00 only after a written request has been made by the parent or guardian. |

H.P.E.R., W.E. and Art Education are important subjects. These subjects are for Board Examination with 300 mark aggregate. So detention in these subjects will lead to total detention in the class. Subject opted for Art Education and 2nd language is not alterable. |

Continuous and comprehensive school based evaluation for class IX & X has been introduced by the CBSE from the session 1999-2000. This certificate will be attached to that given by Board in connection with the external examination. This incorporates scholastic and non scholastic aspects of the education spread over the total span of the instructional time. |

It is compulsory for every student to appear in the unit test. Test will not be taken again for absentees. Marks if tge unit tests will be taken into consideration at the time of promotion. |

On school days and for all functions and extra classes children should wear the school uniform only. |

For all outside competitions, picnics, excursions and the like, students should wear the school uniform. |

Every student should reach the school at least 10 minutes before the time fixed for assembly. After the gate is closed no child shall be allowed inside. Parents are requested not to come inside the gate while collecting or leaving the child. |

CYCLES MUST BE LOCKED, RIDING IN THE SCHOOL COMPOUND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. |

Students should get teh progress report signed by their parents WITHIN TWO DAYS OF THEIR RECEIPT. Failing to do so negative marks will be given. |

The school has the right to take disciplinary action on any student and suspend him/her from the classes until the concerned parents explain the reason for the student's conduct. |

ATTENTION TO THE USERS OF THE BUS AND CYCLE. AN IDENTITY CARD IS TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE OFFICE AN PAYMENT OF RS. 10.00 AND ON SUBMISSION OF A STAMP SIZE PHOTOGRAPH. STUDENT WITHOUT THE ABOVE IDENTITY CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER INTO THE BUS OR CYCLE SHED. |

Students who use the school bus should line up to board the bus. They should get down at their proper bus stops. Students should observe good manners while traveling by the school bus and should not protrude any part of their body out of the bus. The students can be disallowed the use of the bus on account of the misconduct. Whenever a child using the bus is taken home by private transport the class teacher and the office must be informed. |
